Call Us or choose our online system to book, schedule, and manage all of your cleaning appointments. All of our employees are insured and experienced to clean every item on our comprehensive checklist.
Does someone need to be present?
Does someone need to be present?
No, but feel free to be around when we do clean. When you make a booking, you will be asked to provide us entry instructions. We will remind you of these instructions by email 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. If we can’t get in or you are not home when you said, you will be charged a $40 lockout fee.

Yes, Flex Clean is insured and bonded. If you have an object that is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of completing the appointment, either by email or phone with an image, we would be happy to assist.
When will Our Cleaners Arrive?
When will Our Cleaners Arrive?
Our cleaner/s will arrive within an hour from the beginning of your appointment window. For example, if you book an appointment from 9 to 10 AM, they will arrive by 10 AM. Of course, the cleaners will stay until they are finished.
